An accomplished operations executive with over 30 years of experience in driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth, significantly improving efficiency, and cultivating a vibrant company culture grounded in excellence, Scott now focuses on helping small to medium sized companies operate with the same processes, leading to increased profits and a more stable environment for the owners and operators.
